I’ve been to Chantara several times now, and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! I tend to carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and back, and every time I go, she manages to find and get rid of all the knots and some of them I didn’t even know I had! She’s incredibly skilled, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making you feel better. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I always leave feeling like lighter. If you’re looking for an effective massage in Norwich, I'd recommend having it at Chantara!

I often visit spas outside of Norwich, but this was a nice find and local to me. I had the chocolate ritual, it was very nice! I felt refreshed and my skin felt hydrated. Products also smelled amazing. Thank you!

Have had the fabulous Julia doing my treatments the last couple of days. Hands and feet yesterday and a firm and sculpt wrap/massage today. I have had many massages in the land of massage (Thailand) many times. Julia is just as good. Very professional and experienced with a lovely, bubbly personality to go with it : )

Highly recommended. I dropped in last week and have sent friends and my husband too. One friend spontaneously applauded after hers. Fab massage - and we’re quite particular and get massages often wherever we travel or live - in calm surroundings. Felt very looked after. SPECIAL MENTION: the heated bed is divine. Will be returning for sure. Also, great value for money.

Had a lovely, much needed Thai combination massage after running a half marathon. I felt the tension in my shoulder and back released. The combination of the deep pressure and stretching was really good in targeting my muscle knots. Felt so good and relaxed afterwards. Worth the money and one of the best massages I've ever had. The tea and biscuits after was really lovely as well. Will definitely come back again!

Went with my daughter today for her birthday.. we both had a 90 minute full body massage and I didn’t want to leave 😊 very professional.. relaxed wonderful massage experience I’ve ever experienced.. I have several medical conditions and I came away feeling like I had a new body and I’d highly recommend Wandee and I’m going back… 😊 thank you so much ☺️

This lady goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I had a lovely foot spa to begin and followed by a back , shoulder and leg massage,which was the best I've ever had , and even the bed was heated, there was no rush at all , and she really enjoys her work so much it's lovely to see , definitely a real gem of Norwich,and couldn't recommend her enough.

I highly recommend Rhi. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, caring, and professional, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my treatment was her homemade foot scrub. It felt and smelt amazing, left my feet feeling refreshed and soft. During the massage, she paid special attention to my disc bulge and hip pain, tailoring the treatment to my specific needs. Her knowledge, skill, and attention to detail were evident throughout the session. I felt comfortable and deeply relaxed the entire time and I noticed a significant reduction in tension and discomfort

I had Rhiannon's signature treatment, Rhilaxology. She has a warm and caring approach - I felt immediately at ease. The low lighting, water with fresh fruit, gentle music, soft heated blankets, warm flannels and beautifully scented essential oils made it a luxurious experience. Her massage varied between deep and gentle in all the right places. The reflexology was out of this world - I felt relaxed and reset by the end of the appointment and this lasted for a few days afterwards, including improved sleep. Highly recommend for stress and tension relief and deep nervous system relaxation.

Absolutely loved my reflexology treatment, I was so replaced I actually fell asleep numerous times. I’ve booked in again for a few weeks time Rhiannon was amazing and explained everything so thoroughly. Can’t wait to have this treatment again
