Best deep tissue massage I've had in Melbourne Came in to the Moonee Ponds location on Puckle St and honestly couldn't be happier. I booked a deep tissue massage and it delivered exactly that — proper pressure, targeting the right spots, no half-measures. You can tell the therapists actually know what they're doing. The space is calm and welcoming, and I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend if you need something that actually works out the tension rather than just a gentle rub-down.

Had a really bad pain in my shoulder blade so went with a 45 minute back massage. The guy who attended to me (don’t know the spelling but his name sounded like Grate) was great and concentrated just on that side of my back. Felt so much better afterwards. I actually live 5 hours away, was in Melbourne visiting my mother in law. But if I am in Melbourne with a back pain again, I will definitely be back!

I love these guys. Been coming to vigorous Thai for over a decade (all locations). This is going to sound weird and selfish, but it was my birthday today. I usually get a regular massage here but haven't been for months due to funds. I get a 2 hour massage. 30 minutes foot. 90 minutes body. I like it in that order although can be flexible. Today they asked if they could do body then feet due to a few good reasons they advised . I really wanted feet first for my birthday. I said this. I was adamant nicely. They moved mountains. Thankyou. Grateful ❤️🙏

Great deep tissue massage from Mew - i'd walked 25km the day before (Walk for a Bloke charity walk) and needed back, legs, feet massage to recover. Her service was fantastic - it hurt, but it was a good hurt and I feel much better today.

I’m really impressed with the service here — the massages are exactly what I need every time. When I book a deep tissue, it’s a real deep tissue massage, no doubt about that. What makes this place stand out is how much they care about feedback and making sure you enjoy the whole experience. They actually follow up afterwards to check in, and you can tell they genuinely want to know if I was happy with the session. Even better, they take on board what I say and adjust for the next time, which makes such a difference. It honestly feels like they go out of their way to make every visit the best

Highly recommend Lyn for beautiful eyelash extensions. Lyn has been doing my lashes for a couple of years now since I moved from the UK. I had some previous bad experiences at other salons which made me anxious about trying to find a new regular technician in Melbourne but I hit gold with Lyn. Perfect lashes every time.

Great, she hit a couple of sore spots on my foot & calf. I felt amazing after. I had a foot and calf massage, which was a good relief after doing a long run in the morning (23km)!

I’ve been regularly attending Gold Leaf Thai Massage to see Ice for remedial massages. Her treatments are always top notch. She applies firm pressure and is great at trying to address areas of tension. She is also very sweet and friendly. The clinic is clean, accessible and it’s relatively easy to book in for an appointment last minute. They offer HICAPS for remedial massage treatments.

They seem to really know what they are doing. I've had two massages already and will be going back for more as their massage style is true energy medicine.

Absolutely fantastic! I had tried a few nail places in the area before and this was the first salon that was professional and delivered amazing service. Very well organised and both the pedicure and manicure were done very thoroughly and with attention to detail. They are using very nice products and even a little foot massage. I loved the massage chairs too. I will certainly be back!

Wow what a massage. As a barista my upper back and shoulder muscles get extremely tight and painful from nonstop coffee making. Ice found where the problem was and now my aching back feels much better. She says I need 2 more sessions to get pain free. I have tried massage therapy before but got no relief so I want to share my discovery with everyone … Gold Leaf Thai is a winner for tired and aching muscles.
