Polished, Ashtead are fabulous. They treat nails (and clients) with utmost respect, their products are first class, as are their treatments. Lucy is great and my nails are a talking point - whether I am teaching or working in sales - Lucy deserves the credit for this, not me! If you want your nails to look amazing and want to feel good, Polished is the place to visit. Excellent service, fantastic treatments and affordable prices. I had a blackhead removal facial on Sat and it was such a lovely, relaxing experience. My skin feels incredibly soft and smooth afterwards, and I’m really pleased with the results. One thing I especially appreciated was being able to completely switch off without feeling like I needed to make conversation. It gave me the chance to relax and disappear into my own little world, which was exactly what I needed. The music created a really calming atmosphere, and the massage was absolutely wonderful. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely recommend. Thank you x

I can highly recommend Polished - we visited today with my daughter and her friend to get their ears pierced and both understandably felt nervous but Jo continued to reassure both girls in her amazing friendly and calm manner and they immediately felt at ease and were soo thrilled with their ear piercing and couldn’t stop smiling! I had microneedling and I was extremely nervous as it was the first time, and not only did Hollie put me at ease but the procedure was easy and there was hardly any redness, I am really happy with the results, so much so that I have booked a follow up appt in 6 weeks. Hollie is extremely knowledgeable and the service she offers id first class. I can fully recommend her.

To be honest I couldn’t recommend more! As soon as you arrive you are happily greeted by Selma, making you feel comfortable and makes sure that you are feeling relaxed throughout the whole process.She is really confident in what she does and gives such good results in the end which overall I think is an amazing experience!
