Polished, Ashtead are fabulous. They treat nails (and clients) with utmost respect, their products are first class, as are their treatments. Lucy is great and my nails are a talking point - whether I am teaching or working in sales - Lucy deserves the credit for this, not me! I had a lovely appointment with Cydney. She’s so chatty and friendly. I’m very pleased with the colour and my bouncy blow dry! Best of all is that the Milkshake dye does not irritate my scalp. My previous hairdresser used Wella and it was always really itchy afterwards. These products are much gentler. I highly recommend!

Sam is fabulous! Upon arriving at the treatment rooms, Sam took time to understand what I was looking for in terms of my skin (I had booked a facial) and then advised me on the best treatments for me. I had dermaplaning, milia treatment, eyebrow wax and tint and a million dollar facial. Sam uses top quality products and the treatments are top quality too. My skin looks and feels so much better and I feel like a new woman! I will now be returning regularly to incorporate Sam’s expertise into my regular skin routine. I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this treasure in Bookham!

Absolutely first class service & advice from Lucy at Polished. I had several treatments: nails, eyebrow tint & a facial treatment, all were carried out in a Covid safe environment & with the greatest of care & precision. I was given advice on follow up treatments & additional care products that could prolong & enhance my treatments. As for my nails, Lucy & myself discussed what we were going to do with them two weeks ago & we found out today that this look was trending at London Fashion Week - "Wow!" I feel like a million dollars, so pleased that Polished are the frontrunners for treatments.

Van at VS Beauty is fantastic! I've been in twice now — once for a brow and lip wax, and another time for a lash lift and lip wax — and both visits were great. Van is very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knows her craft. The salon is spotlessly clean and she uses high-quality products throughout. I loved the results both times and will definitely be back!

Lucy was very professional. She has a welcoming smile and a brilliant personality which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time having a head spa and Lucy explained everything that was going to happen. As soon as she started I felt the stress dissolving, it was so relaxing and I will be going back and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. I had my eyebrows wax as well and they are just how I like them. The pedicure was the best I have ever had, and my feet feel great. Definitely gets the thumbs up from me
