Van is very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knows her craft. The salon is spotlessly clean and she uses high-quality products throughout. Lucy was very professional. She has a welcoming smile and a brilliant personality which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time having a head spa and Lucy explained everything that was going to happen. As soon as she started I felt the stress dissolving, it was so relaxing and I will be going back and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. I had my eyebrows wax as well and they are just how I like them. The pedicure was the best I have ever had, and my feet feel great. Definitely gets the thumbs up from me

Just home from a brilliant and pain free waxing appointment! Van made me feel very at ease and relaxed and we had a lovely time chatting during the appointment! Van was very thorough and professional from start to finish but also accommodated a last minute request to add to my appointment too which was much appreciated.
