Katie was an absolute icon!! What a sweetheart & what a talented individual. This is easily the BEST blowout i’ve ever had. She also washed my hair very gently & still made it feel very clean!! Overall I felt very comfortable, relaxed, & beyond satisfied with the results. After a consult with Lauren. I immediately felt at ease. She was friendly, professional & helpful in her suggestions when I wasn’t sure what to do! She completely saved my hair, which was in complete shambles before meeting her. She lifted the wrong colour from my hair (done by another salon), redid the colour PERFECTLY (including additional touch ups where needed), cut, dried & styled my hair multiple times throughout my appointment. She was detail orientated, efficient & kind during our entire interaction; after 4 years of looking for a go-to stylist - I’ve finally found her!
