Where have you been all my life, Tracy??!!!!! I had a Japanese head spa and an upper back/body massage, and it was such a wonderful experience. It was very relaxing, with just the right amount of pressure—never rushed and very comfortable throughout. I absolutely loved Nina Young. I decided last minute to get my nails done on a SATURDAY. Asked for first available and got lucky with a 3:30 appointment with Nina! She works quickly and even gave advice regarding the color that I picked. (sometimes you can't tell how sheer a color will be) She picked out 4 options and helped me pick the perfect shade. Thank you for a lovely experience with this Regular Manicure. No frills but looks great!

Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.
