A huge thank you to Louisa for making my daughter’s first salon experience so wonderful. I was a bit nervous about how a two-year-old would handle it, but the atmosphere was so calm and inviting that she stayed completely relaxed the entire time. This was largely thanks to Louisa, who was incredibly warm, lovely, and professional. Her gentle approach put us both at ease immediately. I had such a lovely experience with Madison for my facial. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. She was really knowledgeable about my skin and took the time to tailor the treatment to what I needed. The facial itself was amazing so soothing and refreshing and my skin felt incredibly clean, hydrated, and glowing afterwards. Sylwia is incredible at what she does. I booked in for full body plus fire cupping purely out of curiosity and knowing I had some tension in my back and shoulders. She made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, and even checked in with me the following morning to make sure I wasn’t in pain from the deeper massage. I will definitely be back x
