A huge thank you to Louisa for making my daughter’s first salon experience so wonderful. I was a bit nervous about how a two-year-old would handle it, but the atmosphere was so calm and inviting that she stayed completely relaxed the entire time. This was largely thanks to Louisa, who was incredibly warm, lovely, and professional. Her gentle approach put us both at ease immediately. She was really knowledgeable about my skin and took the time to tailor the treatment to what I needed.
