My appointment with Kelly was for a leg and bikini wax. However, I was feeling quite emotional and asked if she could do a back massage instead. Of course, Kelly was really lovely and said of course she could. It was absolutely what I needed and I felt a whole lot better afterwards. I can’t recommend the Hair and Beauty Gallery enough.

Charlee made me feel so at ease, she did such a great job and made sure I was always as comfortable as possible. The results were fantastic and I can say for certain that I won't be going back to shaving! I have already booked my second appointment!

I have been seeing her for regular shoulders and back massages in the last few years, but today I decided to treat myself with a pre wedding facial. All great quality Elemis products.
