Best experience with doing a facial. Kinselle was very informative and knowledgeable about every product she was using on me and was constantly checking to see if I was feeling okay during the treatment, which was so comforting and reassuring. She gave me skincare samples to help with aftercare, and my face feels amazing! I've also been going to her for Aerolase laser hair removal, and after only 2 out of my 6 sessions, my hair growth has already slowed down significantly. She's passionate and great at what she does and really cares about her clients, and I'm looking forward to my next appt!

Kinselle provided a very relaxing and peaceful experience. As a pregnant woman, my skin has been going through a lot of changes. Every treatment was safe and I even learned some things through pleasant conversation. She did extractions as per my request, a light and pillowy mask that smelled like a dream, and a massage that I said felt like little bunnies pouncing in a field. My skin was absolutely giving me the pregnancy glow I deserved when I left. 10/10 would recommend!!! 😌

Miss Lai is the best! She’s so nice and bubbly! She does the facial, laser and whitening procedures so well, I see the result right away. Talking to her is like therapy. She is a good person —- She makes me feel beautiful inside and out. She is also very smart because explains the procedures and science behind it. Highly recommend this Mississauga location. Monica did my Brazilian wax for the very first time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
