The best head spa in Ottawa so far! Sophie used natural products that smell so good specifically for my hair type after examining my scalp on the screen. My scalp and hair feel amazing! scalp, neck & shoulders massages were amazing, technique is on pointe! The hot ginger tea was the cherry on top! I just had my second facial with Kayla and I’m hooked. After a terrible first facial experience elsewhere, she completely changed my perspective on this type of service. I do the Let's Just Relax Facial and it's amazing. Products feel silky, her touch is so gentle and calming, and the face + hair massage are a 10/10. My skin also doesn’t break out after, and looks glowy and refreshed. Such a warm, bubbly personality and a truly welcoming environment, I have nothing but great things to say about her and the Vault!
