Assalamu alaykum to the reader. My experience was amazing from start to finish. Bilal (Director of Wellness) explained his background in Hijama, which made me feel comfortable and confident. He asked about my health and back issues, identified the source of my pain, and clearly explained the focus of the session. He even located inflammation higher than expected. I also appreciated learning about the Islamic origins of Hijama and how it was introduced to Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ). He showed me how much unhealthy blood was released. I highly recommend Bilal especially if it is your first time.

This is by far the best Hijama session I have had and been too. Brother Bilal was very understanding and made it very comfortable and pleasant experience. No clock watching or rushed at all. Amazing experienxe, environment was very tranquil and put in a calm state as this was my first time doing cupping. There was next to no pain and felt great even during the procedure. Definetely will be making this a regular thing for me.
