Booked in for a 45 minute sports massage with Jason, really enjoyed it and felt relief straight away , he also added cupping to back along with neck scraping and was more than generous with the time , will be back , cheers

I literally crawled in riddled with back and shoulder pain and walked out on air. This was my first session but certainly won't be my last. Dom was amazing, friendly and professional and makes me wonder why I was ever nervous before my appointment. I would certainly recommend Optimal Recovery.

One of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had, Jason is very knowledgeable and skilled at his craft, I’ve never come across anyone that can go deep in to your muscles without causing much pain, I felt very relaxed and nearly fell asleep. I’m usually in agony when having a deep tissue massage but not with Jason. I’ll see you again very soon. Also to add a very polite and friendly gentleman.

Jason is a bright and charismatic therapist who put me straight at ease; a genuine, down-to-earth guy. The consultation on the day discussed problem areas in more detail and ensured we were on the same page regarding what I wanted to achieve from the treatment. A newcomer to Cupping Therapy, the process was explained throughout and Jason ensured I was as comfortable as possible during the treatment. It's the next morning now and the pain in my shoulders and back have reduced significantly. Great aftercare card. Thank you Jason look forward to another treatment with you in future :)

i went for reflexology with an open mind see if it would help my aging body (i'm 52) and wow what an experience i was able to bend my knee without pain for first time in forever i can't describe the sensations but it was weirdest experience is all i can say it was amazing i had a session with caroline and rebooked straight away

This was purchased as a surprise birthday gift for my mum from Glasgow that was visiting a friend in Leeds.
