I’ve been going to Zen since 2018, and while I’ve had plenty of massages elsewhere around the inner west - I always come back to Zen because I truly believe they are the best in the business. They shiatsu massages have helped my chronic pain tremendously where medications have failed to provide relief. The staff are smart, kind and so welcoming. I cannot recommend the team at Zen Enmore enough, and so grateful for the quality, consistency and genuine care they show for their clients.

I always have the BEST massage with Gammar! She is so exceptional at releasing all the tight spots around the glutes, hips and shoulders. She is truly an expert at knowing where all the pressure points are and releasing all the tightness from your body so you walk out feeling like a dream. At the time, not so much, but I always say no pain, no gain! Ask for the Thai traditional massage with no oil, its her specialty and it's literally on par if not better than any massage you'll get from a physio. Thank you so much Gammar!

I can’t recommend Paloma highly enough. She is incredibly intuitive, knowledgeable, and professional, and immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She always takes the time to listen and adapt treatments depending on how you’re feeling that day. What I especially appreciate is how considerate and accommodating she is around pain or sensitivity, never pushing areas that feel too sore. Her skills are second to none and I always leave feeling noticeably better, both physically and mentally. Truly a gem.

I always love my massages at Zen but my massage today with Ryoko was especially relaxing! I told her my tense areas on my shoulder and she massaged my neck and also my jaw which she said also contributed to my tense shoulders. I think this shows her level of expertise in finding the root to our tension all over our body, not only to the area where we feel pain. Thank you Ryoko!

Nan was very skillful and friendly. I told her I had this lower back issue for a couple of years, and she focused her massage on the area. I can feel my lower back and glutes now more relaxed and less pain as they were always strained to support my lower back. 10/10 will recommend and return.

Wow, just wow. With Aya you’re getting a true 2-for-1: a massage therapist with the anatomical expertise of a physiotherapist.
