Very professional, and accommodating to my needs as an Autistic person. While sitting with acupuncture needles and cups employed, I began to experience a panic attack (unrelated to the massage/situation which I generally have no problem with). The staff were very compassionate and understanding which prevented the situation escalating and left me able to continue. After the massage, they provided me with a safe space (with water and eucalyptus lollies) to decompress and gather myself without rushing me out the door.

Ani has amazing hands for massage. She worked on my shoulder thats was very sore and made me feel good afterwards. She also always checks on the pressure level making sure that I was comfortable and not hurting during the massage. Definitely would come back and book another session with Ani.

Wow what a massage. As a barista my upper back and shoulder muscles get extremely tight and painful from nonstop coffee making. Ice found where the problem was and now my aching back feels much better. She says I need 2 more sessions to get pain free. Great, she hit a couple of sore spots on my foot & calf. I felt amazing after. I had a foot and calf massage, which was a good relief after doing a long run in the morning (23km)!
