I came to Ayurveda with an eczema flare-up, low energy, and a general sense of being out of whack. The doctor was sharp, kind and attentive. She asked real questions and built a plan around what I actually needed. My therapist was smart and very caring. She seemed to know what I needed before I said a word. She'd shift a treatment or ease up somewhere without me asking, like she was reading my body directly. By the end of my 7 day Panchakarma I was calmer, lighter, less inflamed and more connected to my body than expected. Highly recommend.

It was my first time experiencing Ayurveda, and I was amazed by how much Deepika could understand just from taking my pulse. The whole consultation felt very natural and spontaneous, and I felt incredibly comfortable with her from the very beginning. She is such a warm, kind and approachable person, and I found it so easy to open up and talk to her. I’m now starting my treatment, but even after just this first session, I already feel like I’m heading in the direction I was hoping to find when I came here. Having received her services of 2 massages and 5 tarot sessions to date (online and in person), I can truely say Ira is a true soul and spiritual healer. Meeting with Megan for a consultation about jockey nutrition/dietary needs made me feel so much more secure. I feel so much more knowledgeable about the dietary needs of an healthy jockey and realistic goals for how to improve my nutrition for best performanc. My favorite part about our consultations was how personalized Megans goals were for me and my lifestyle. The goals we set together were very manageable and she explained how the changes will impact my body for the better. To top it off, Megan is just the sweetest, most down-to-Earth person and it was a delight working with her.

I had a session with Ira a week ago and it was so, so beautiful. The Reiki was incredibly powerful—I felt an immediate shift, like a weight had been lifted off my body. We did a life mapping, which I found extremely interesting and surprisingly precise. It didn’t necessarily tell me anything completely new, but it brought everything into perspective and helped me realise what my next steps should be and what shifts I can apply right away. The whole experience felt deeply relaxing and genuinely healing. Ira has a wonderful way of making you feel welcomed, comfortable, and completely at ease.
