After moving to Seattle six years ago, it was surprisingly difficult to find a beauty salon that felt both clean and truly professional. We finally found that here. Jot is incredible—my eyebrows come out perfect every single time, and her experience really shows in the results. We’ve tried both threading and waxing, and even though my sister and I have sensitive skin, we’ve never had any irritation or issues. The booking process is also super convenient since you can easily choose who you want to see. I highly recommend this place!

As always, all the services I have availed so far at Galaxy Beauty Salon are way higher in quality when compared to any other beauty salons I have been here in Seattle. Highly recommend, they are not only amazing in their services, also very professional and courteous at the same time. I got facial done and I am super amazed at the outcome and the results.

I’ve been seeing Caitlin for brow and Brazilian waxing for over a decade, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else. At one point, I moved out of the area and went an entire year without a brow wax—just so I could wait to see her again! That’s how good she is. Caitlin is not only incredibly skilled and professional, but also one of the kindest people you’ll meet. She’s created a beautiful, calming space that makes every visit feel relaxing and comfortable. With her years of experience, I always know I’m in the best hands and getting a quality service. I can’t recommend her enough!

I got waxing and eyebrow threading done by Sushma. She was really nice and gentle during waxing. She also ensured that I was not feeling excess heat or pain through out the session and ensured that she cleaned up completely. She also did my eyebrows perfectly! Definitely recommend her and the salon.

I usually get waxed by the same woman, and she is phenomenal! Once I got waxed by a different woman, and she was not as good and I wouldn't want her again. The 5 star rating is only for my regular waxologist.

I haven't found another place better than this for facials and hair removal, specially Brazilian - Raj is the best person for this. Great hygiene, superior products and truly experienced professionals. Highly recommended!!
