Viktoriya made my 1st sugaring session as stress free as possible. She talked me through every step and did everything possible to ease my nerves. After having a bad experience with intimate waxing 6 months ago I was very nervous but not anymore. I had such a lovely experience during my waxing appointment. The lady was incredibly calm, gentle, and professional throughout. Being pregnant, I was a bit anxious beforehand, but she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable the entire time. She was very understanding and took extra care to ensure I was relaxed.
