This was my first time visiting the salon, the staff was friendly and put me at ease. The therapist I had was professional and friendly and explained the the treatments I was having. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to booking another treatment very soon.

I had a cut wash and finish today at The Salon. My trainee did not really interact with me and she did not really seem to want to have a conversation. I understand she was concentrating on cutting my hair but I think a little more interaction with the customer would have been good. Many thanks Hellen

Absolutely 5 stars , your colleague Victoria was excellent, put me at ease straight away and I'm really really pleased with my hair colouring and attention to detail Victoria took over my hair.
