I had a cut wash and finish today at The Salon. My trainee did not really interact with me and she did not really seem to want to have a conversation. I understand she was concentrating on cutting my hair but I think a little more interaction with the customer would have been good. Many thanks Hellen

Viktoriya made my 1st sugaring session as stress free as possible. She talked me through every step and did everything possible to ease my nerves. After having a bad experience with intimate waxing 6 months ago I was very nervous but not anymore. For those who are considering sugaring over waxing definitely go for it... much less painful I don't feel that after wax soreness at all! Thank you Viktoriya, see you next month

Catherine did a wonderful job and did exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t have been more pleased. She was so attentive offering me drinks etc. she was so sweet and great to talk to and the time taken to do my highlights flew by! Would definitely recommend and am so glad I’ve found myself a good salon I will rely on in future! Prices are reasonable too.

Thank you to Ashley for sorting out my nails with builder gel and a little pop of colour. Gateway is gem of a salon, I prefer their friendly staff to going right into Leeds city centre. It's clean, pretty and very professional ♥️

Best waxing and sugaring experience I've had. Very thorough job and as pain free as is possible. Would highly recommend.

As always I entered the salon looking like I'd been dragged through a bush backwards, and left looking like I'd stepped from the cover of Vogue! Always a lovely experience, and Charlotte did an amazing job! I highly recommend this Salon.
