Words cannot describe my reiki experience. Kayleigh was so clear explaining the treatment and I immediately felt her warmth and experience. Kayleigh guided me throughout and I trusted her to lead. The whole experience was amazing and I left feeling so relaxed, clear and comforted. Would highly recommend and will be returning again 😊

From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Rachael is a truly beautiful soul, who puts you at ease immediately. She is incredibly knowledgeable and uses a range of techniques tailored specifically to your body. I absolutely loved my tension-release lymphatic drainage massage. The warm bed was a lovely touch, followed by the hot stones and a thoughtful care package at the end of the treatment to support further detoxification. I even received some Christmas chocolates — such a thoughtful extra touch, that really went the extra mile. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Rachael 🙏🏼💕

I was booked in with Rachael for a full body lymphatic drainage massage. Rachael is genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met. I wasn't sure what to expect from the massage but wow it was so good. I came out with a wealth of knowledge about my own body after being in with Rachael. She genuinely cared and made me feel SO comfortable and adjusted my treatment according to everything I had told her. The room was warm and cosy and I didn't get cold once during the whole time (nothing worse IMO). Great aftercare too. Thank you for being so personable, I will definitely be back xx

Kayleigh is an amazing practitioner, she is warm and welcoming and her beautiful energy puts you at ease instantly. It is evident that not only is she highly trained in all aspects of holistic therapies, but she is utterly passionate about her craft. I have had numerous sessions with Kayleigh and each time I have left feeling wonderful, rested and recharged. I couldn’t recommend her and her treatments anymore highly.

Wow ! This beautiful woman has the most magical healing hands Rachel seemed to know exactly what I needed as part of my massage treatment . I have had the most amazing experience . I’ve had several treatments at Gaia Wellness over the past year and have always had a fantastic experience. The team are friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring. A special mention to Rachael, who always takes the time to listen to what I need and adapts each treatment accordingly. Her personalised approach makes every session feel tailored to me. What I particularly love is that Gaia is a local independent business where you get consistent, personal service, unlike larger spas where you often see a different therapist every visit. I am honestly so glad that my sister recommended Rachel for lymphatic massage. She is truly amazing at what she does and such a lovely person. I feel like I have known her for years and talk to her about anything and everything. I am 7 months post partum and have had two c sections within 2 years.
