Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

Excellent service, Sue reassured me throughout being waxed and kept me busy with conversation! Very lovely lady and a pleasant experience, opted to have my eyebrows threaded after waxing and my eyebrows have never looked so nice and neat! Sue does in fact have magic hands! It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. I had a full leg wax and eyebrow wax, and I’m so happy with the results! The process was quick, professional, and so comfortable. My legs feel super smooth, and my skin looks great, no irritation at all. Neesh is so friendly and professional. I had a fab time with Jo. Not only did she do a much needed massage on my previously broken foot but I ended up with the prettiest toes in Coventry She is a star - good for the feet and the soul!

Such a lovely lady! Beautiful salon space and such a calm and relaxing vibe, I had laser hair removal and it was completely pain free it was actually quite therapeutic almost like having a soft massage. Such a nice experience I will 100% be back got my future appointments booked!
