I had my first wax appointment with Olivia and she made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, professional and we had such a lovely conversation throughout the appointment. The service was amazing and I’ll definitely be coming back. It was my first Brazilian wax with Olivia and I was extremely nervous going into the appointment, but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. She was kind, gentle, and very reassuring, and she talked me through the whole process which really helped calm my nerves. Olivia was very professional and friendly, and she created a really safe and comfortable environment which made the whole experience much easier than I expected. She did an absolutely amazing job — 10/10 results. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Olivia to anyone!!

I actually got Bella as Katie was not there However I was so happy with Bella Love my nails. No matter who you get to do your nails they are all very good never had a problem with any of the nail technicians. My pedicure was very relaxing and done nicely. The ladies there are so lovely! I didn’t expect for the quick pedicure to take an hour and a half which is a bit long but overall a beautiful experience!
