My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

Such a a wonderful massage. The pressure was just right—firm enough to work out the knots but still very relaxing. I could feel the tension in my neck, shoulders, and lower back melting away. The space had a peaceful ambiance that made it easy to unwind. I really appreciate the attention & focus that Kerry gives. Easily one of the best massages I’ve had—I’ll definitely be back!”

Claire was amazing from start to finish, explained everything and was so gentle and reassuring with my post tummy tuck MLD. My second session of CranioSacral Therapy with Teresa and WOW! What a powerful experience! During my first session I felt lots of muscular tension and it also mimicked my migraine pain-I was satisfied as I chose this to treat my migraine and it definitely worked on the right area. But the second treatment was completely different level of experience. It was very relaxing and I didn't feel any tension at all. But at one point my whole body started to shake, and I laughed and cried unstoppably for about ten minutes. I can't explain what happened, but definitely SOMETHING. Can't recommend enough
