Montra Massage & Spa deserves a solid 5 stars! The atmosphere was serene, with calming decor and music. My massage was fantastic. Amazing, I can stand up straight again. He was thorough, takes time to explain what he is doing and gave me some exercises to help with movement and strengthening weak areas. Would highly recommend.

First time in over 20 years that I have had a chiropractor or physio actually manipulate my ankle in such a fashion that it started to realign back to the normal ankle joint. Also fixed my shoulder in readiness for playing badminton that evening. Both ankle and shoulder were great but I will need to go back, unprompted by Sukhothai who are clearly not involved in the usual 10 sessions and we see how it goes approach. Need manipulation of the ankle to continue with re-alignment and also shoulder started to ache again after 3-4 days. Superb!!

First appointment this morning and worked my shoulder injury very well but went over and above checked my whole body I’m relined my back to my pelvis and my stiff neck. No fuss, great service and a nice friendly therapist I will be returning
