I've been seeing Violet for a couple of months now and have had six sessions so far. I noticed a huge shift after my very first session, both physically and emotionally. I have a lot of fascial restrictions, andI've experienced such consistent and ongoing release. Each session seems to build on the last, and I'm continuing to see positive changes in my body and overall wellbeing. She is highly skilled, professional, and creates a safe, supportive environment.
