I would highly recommend Farah at Therapyfit Body Clinic. The consultation was very informative and was followed by a much needed sports massage. I left feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. Aftercare was also great, Farah emailed me a list of exercises to target my problem areas to try at home. I have since recommended Therapyfit Clinic to a number of work colleagues. Thank you Farah.

Shelby was excellent in helping me with my first body cryotherapy.

Always welcoming always feel part of a special family

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. The facility is nice, cosy and very clean. Thank you to all team members! I will definitely come back in the future. And in the meantime I wish you all the best! Renata

Really enjoyed it and Nas was amazing and made the experience even better.

Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight. I saw results straight away. Tammy made me feel comfortable and welcome I will definitely be back for more treatments.

Chante is a beautiful girl inside out and its always pleasure to see her and get any treatments done. Has skin resurfacing facial. looking forward to seeing the full results in few days. But already the skin is glowing.

I have just had an amazing session with the leg compression. I feel like a new person, lighter and more energetic now and I recommend the leg compression especially for people who practice sports to speed up the recovery. I really want to say thank you for today.

2nd treatment date , once again the service was exceptional . Thoroughly explained how my daily habits will affect the back realignment process . Very different to chiropractor . I feel this is more intense and not a generic one size fits all service . Would 100% recommend Gurdev osteopath services . Post first session my pain at the base of my skull has significantly decreased.
