Nav (owner, operator) consistently exceeds expectations. Competitive pricing, consistent (and clean) amenities, comprehensive introductions for newcomers, and a calm relaxing space to unwind afterwards. It might be the only place to float in Birmingham City Centre but if it wasn’t it would probably still be the best! If you’ve gotten used to floating in the isopod in other spas around the world, you’ll be pleased with floating here!

Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Bilal was awesome, really warm and friendly character that really put me at ease. I really benefitted from the fact he's a physio and he had great anatomy knowledge. It was reasonably painful as he worked through my knots but I had great range of movement afterwards and already feel alot better. I expect I will see a major improvement in the next few days

I bought a course of laser hair removal therapy from Groupon and Chanté had been exceptional. Really helpful and friendly and no pressure to upsell me other treatments (although I will be looking at other treatment options in the future as she has been so professional and has done such a great job!)

had a therapy session focused on my trapz, upper back, and calves. Both areas were extremely tight going in, especially my traps, but the treatment was thorough and targeted exactly where I needed it most. The pressure was firm, and the therapist clearly knew how to work through my tension and trigger points. also appreciated how professional and attentive she was throughout.

Had grade 3 ligament damage to ankle in September and physio wasn’t working found this place and after 2 appointments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and using the isolated cryo treatment the swelling of ankle has come down a lot. For months it’s been swollen and difficult to get around. Definitely recommend and all staff are very friendly.
