The best massaues in Birmingham. After having tried several other places I have found someone who has actually helped relieve pain in my lower back and hip flexors. Have to try the deep tissue massage no pain no relief.

My first time floating. I'd had a stressful day and a stressful journey into Birmingham, but the host immediately put me at ease and made the whole thing stress-free. Once in the tank it took me maybe 20 minutes to settle into the experience, which ultimately I found relaxing beyond measure. I lost track of time, and space. I didn't fall asleep but I did space out a bit. I tried the lights but ultimately preferred the darkness. To keep the air from getting too hot I left the lid open a little. Highly recommend everyone to try this.

I was struggling with my rehab and had reached a blocker. Fares was patient and really spent time understanding what was causing the block and adjusted my program. It was great being with a therapist that actually treats the person that is in front of them rather than trying to fit you into a predefined approach. I now feel hopeful and excited again for my rehab. Thank you Fares!

Absolutely amazing Depp tissue massage! I feel incredible after my treatment. The therapist June was highly skilled, professional, and knew exactly where to relieve the tension in my muscles. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and my frozen right shoulder feel better.One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this therapist and will definitely be coming back. I can’t recommend Dan highly enough. I came to him with a thumb injury and, from the very first appointment, the service was outstanding. Rather than rushing into treatment, he took the time to understand exactly what had happened, explained everything clearly, and recommended the treatments he believed would be most effective. I’ve been having shockwave therapy twice a week (I’ve just had my second session) alongside daily cryotherapy, and the improvement in my thumb has been incredible. The pain has reduced significantly, and my mobility has improved far more quickly than I expected.

Working with Bilal has been great. During my physio session, he identified the underlying issue and provided clear recommendations to address it. Within just two weeks, I noticed a significant improvement. I also had a deep tissue treatment, which was excellent. If you’re an athlete or someone with a physically demanding job, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Daniel is a professional and knows what he's doing. He communicated every detail with me to understand my body and diagnosed the underlying reasons for the tensions which is very important thing to know prior to massage.
