Nav (owner, operator) consistently exceeds expectations. Competitive pricing, consistent (and clean) amenities, comprehensive introductions for newcomers, and a calm relaxing space to unwind afterwards. It might be the only place to float in Birmingham City Centre but if it wasn’t it would probably still be the best! If you’ve gotten used to floating in the isopod in other spas around the world, you’ll be pleased with floating here!

Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

It was great being with a therapist that actually treats the person that is in front of them rather than trying to fit you into a predefined approach. Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. My first time floating. I'd had a stressful day and a stressful journey into Birmingham, but the host immediately put me at ease and made the whole thing stress-free. Once in the tank it took me maybe 20 minutes to settle into the experience, which ultimately I found relaxing beyond measure. I lost track of time, and space. I didn't fall asleep but I did space out a bit. I tried the lights but ultimately preferred the darkness. To keep the air from getting too hot I left the lid open a little. Highly recommend everyone to try this.

had a therapy session focused on my trapz, upper back, and calves. Both areas were extremely tight going in, especially my traps, but the treatment was thorough and targeted exactly where I needed it most. Had grade 3 ligament damage to ankle in September and physio wasn’t working found this place and after 2 appointments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and using the isolated cryo treatment the swelling of ankle has come down a lot. For months it’s been swollen and difficult to get around. Definitely recommend and all staff are very friendly.

I can’t recommend Dan highly enough. I came to him with a thumb injury and, from the very first appointment, the service was outstanding. Rather than rushing into treatment, he took the time to understand exactly what had happened, explained everything clearly, and recommended the treatments he believed would be most effective. I’ve been having shockwave therapy twice a week (I’ve just had my second session) alongside daily cryotherapy, and the improvement in my thumb has been incredible. The pain has reduced significantly, and my mobility has improved far more quickly than I expected.

Working with Bilal has been great. During my physio session, he identified the underlying issue and provided clear recommendations to address it. Within just two weeks, I noticed a significant improvement. I also had a deep tissue treatment, which was excellent. If you’re an athlete or someone with a physically demanding job, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
