I was struggling with my rehab and had reached a blocker. Fares was patient and really spent time understanding what was causing the block and adjusted my program. It was great being with a therapist that actually treats the person that is in front of them rather than trying to fit you into a predefined approach. Bilal was awesome, really warm and friendly character that really put me at ease. I really benefitted from the fact he's a physio and he had great anatomy knowledge. It was reasonably painful as he worked through my knots but I had great range of movement afterwards and already feel alot better. I expect I will see a major improvement in the next few days

Great massage and conversation with Manee! Really attentive and she took care of me and asked all the right questions to understand and deal with my very tense body. It’s always an amazing feeling after every massage treatment and I have been recommending it to everyone I know. No wonder it’s usually fully booked for weeks.

I'm so glad I finally got back for another float, it genuinely is one of the best things I've done. The floating spa is so calm and the facilities are excellent with everything you need and no fuss. I personally adore the float pods, I left feeling so relaxed and calm, far more refreshed than even a good night's sleep. Staff are so kind and friendly and somehow even managed to remember me after a nearly 2 year gap. I really would highly recommend

I can’t recommend Dan highly enough. I came to him with a thumb injury and, from the very first appointment, the service was outstanding. Rather than rushing into treatment, he took the time to understand exactly what had happened, explained everything clearly, and recommended the treatments he believed would be most effective. I’ve been having shockwave therapy twice a week (I’ve just had my second session) alongside daily cryotherapy, and the improvement in my thumb has been incredible. The pain has reduced significantly, and my mobility has improved far more quickly than I expected.

Working with Bilal has been great. During my physio session, he identified the underlying issue and provided clear recommendations to address it. Within just two weeks, I noticed a significant improvement. I also had a deep tissue treatment, which was excellent. If you’re an athlete or someone with a physically demanding job, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
