first visit to see Gemma she made me feel welcome and Ieft feeling amazing thank you so much Gemma has a heated blanket which really helped me to relax relax Wonderful massage! Another wonderful and helpful session with Farah- I felt like I got a new body! I enjoyed my massage a lot, despite those not so pleasant, but necessary moments, lol, and it was one of my favourite, most relaxing sessions I've had. We booked a full body Swedish massage for couples. We have been to various spas for massage and the Mansion Spa is one of the best experiences so far. Beds are heated, large and comfortable. The building g us nicely decorated and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The massage itself lasted 1.5 hours and it was great. The therapist has done a great and very thorough job on my back which is very knotty. My husband and I both felt relaxed and really enjoyed the experience. We will be back again.

We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!
