Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

In the zone" is rare, but I felt it recently. The water's warmth dissolved tension, like a liquid hug. The magic? Control. I shaped my environment, adjusting light and music. Soft lighting brought tranquility; brighter tones energized. Water jets massaged muscles, bubbles intensified. It was a sensory symphony, reconnecting me. We're already planning a return! Felt like eleven from stranger things!

I did the Cryotherapy and Oxygen Chamber. Was amazing… felt rejuvenated after the first Cryotherapy and then deeply relaxed and restored from the Oxygen. I could feel a lot more healing was done on the body beyond what I’m even aware of and looking forward to more sessions!

Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

Lovely place. I was given lots of time to get comfortable with my surroundings as I was going to be in a vulnerable state while in the pod. It was a lovely experience, and I will definitely be going back for another session. I came out feeling refreshed, relaxed, hungry and tired. I am hoping for a good nights sleep tonight!

Shelby was excellent in helping me with my first body cryotherapy.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. The facility is nice, cosy and very clean. Thank you to all team members! I will definitely come back in the future. And in the meantime I wish you all the best! Renata

The Floating Spa is a reflection of its owner Nav, who is patient, gentle and kind allowing your experience of the float to continue as you reflect in the lounge area, for as long as you want. Today was my second session with Daniel at Cryotherapy Centre. I’ve been extremely happy on both occasions and I can’t wait to go again next week!

Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight. I saw results straight away. Tammy made me feel comfortable and welcome I will definitely be back for more treatments.

This was the third time in the HBOT chamber, it was a relaxing experience and I am sure it is helping. I feel fairly energetic, this is after radiotherapy , a treatment that makes you fatigued. The staff/owner is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend the cryotherapy centre and the HBOT.

I thoroughly enjoyed my cryotherapy session and my muscles are still tingling from the procedure an hour later as I write this review. Shelby was very informative about the process and her friendly presence was most welcome throughout the experience as I was in the chamber.
