This is probably the best piercing experience I’ve ever had! Georgia was a unfazed queen from the jump and I immediately felt I could relax and totally trust her judgement and experience; I’m very happy with my additional lobe piercings!! I have some fairly decent ear piercing real estate to use and Georgia is the first piercer to chat to me about the possibilities and potentials…If Georgia reads this, thank you for celebrating my ears, I will be back to adorn them with more jewellery!

Wonderful experience this morning with Tom and Emily, who both pierced my 5 year olds ear lobes. Tom pierced my tragus. The shop is professional and fabulously decorated. Piercing rooms were clean, could see chairs had been cleaned down, and the entire process explained from start to finish. My daughter didn’t flinch, and was completely at ease. Emily was lovely. Tom and my little girl had great rapport 🙂 We are both super happy with our piercings today and would recommend to anyone who asks!

I didn't have an appointment, I just walked in to have a jewellery change on helix piercings. I asked if they could do a conch piercing for me as well. Emily was so gentle and reassuring. They have always been so professional at Empress, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Courtney was amazing from the get go. Absolutely amazing experience was made to feel very welcome and comfortable on arrival! Great chat! Felt at ease throughout my piercing was great at making sure I was happy prior to completing piercing. Was blown away to hear profits go to supporting breast cancer 🎀 means alot to me after loosing my auntie to breast cancer. Purchased after care loved how explained everything and gave brilliant aftercare card. Highly recommend for piercings 👌

I had the pleasure of Adele being my piercer. She was exceptionally professional and charismatic. Ensuring all equipment was sterilised and cleaned beforehand. She checked in throughout the appointment, ensuring I was comfortable to continue and happy with the progress. I also witnessed another staff member there talking with a young girl and reassuring her and making her comfortable for her first piercing. The finished piercings are healing nicely without any signs of infection. The central location in Cwmbran and skill of those working here make it my future go to for all piercings!

I visited Empress Piercing in Cwmbrân and was taken care of by Tom. This was my second nose piercing, after a very painful/traumatic failed attempt a few years ago at a different studio. Tom immediately put me at ease with his professionalism, his friendly attitude and general 'bed-side manner'! The piercing was excellent - about 1% of the pain I felt last time, and Tom talked me through every stage. He was also very clear on aftercare instructions. I will certainly be back for more piercings, and will ask for Tom whenever he is available.

Friendly, professional staff, spotlessly clean and private piercing rooms. Thrilled with our visit, couldn't have asked for better service. My 14 yo daughter is really happy with her ear piercings and they look great. Less redness and irritation than you get with a gun piercing too.

Very friendly and gentle, knowledgeable piercer. I was nervous but Pip put me at ease. She managed to reopen lobe piercings that I hadn't had an earring in for 15 years! I also had a nose piercing which was not aa uncomfortable as I thought it would be. Lot of choice of jewellery. Very happy customer! Thank you Pip 😊

Absolutely brilliant experience getting my nipples pierced here🍒. The piercer (Georgia) was professional, reassuring, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. Hygiene standards were excellent and the whole process felt safe and relaxed. The piercings look amazing and were done with so much care and precision.
