Always have excellent service with my piercing check appointments, but today with Tom was exceptional! My piercing was finally healed enough for a downsize, and I didn’t feel a thing! Tom was very gentle and so apologetic when he thought he’d caught me with one of the tools. (I promise you Tom- you didn’t!!!)

Luckily we'd used empress b4 and was extremelyhappy with them, initially when we arrived we left without having the piercing as Tom who we originally booked with was off sick and the women who told us she would be doing the piercing needs to work on her customer handling approach and not deal with customers in reception in front of other customers and ppl in the store. I went back in and approached the lady I recognised, spoke to her privately and she was amazing, my daughter came out beaming! TY 5*

Tom and Kate were absolutely amazing. They made both girls feel at ease. Tom was talking to our girls keeping them occupied and calm when they had their ears pierced. They were both amazing. Walked in today and was given an appointment for half hour later. Tom was absolutely amazing, so calming and informative. I am so happy with my new piercing. Thankyou ever so much, I will be back

I seen Emily today to change the bar in my labret piercing and decided to get my nose pierced while I was there, she was an absolute sweetheart and talked me through every step, the cleanIiness and hygiene standards are very high level, ive had a few piercings now with empress and wouldn't go anywhere else, such a lovely bunch of staff and nothing is too much, also had 15% off today as a birthday gift.

Had a very friendly lovely lady pierce my nose. She was so comforting and explained exactly what she was doing and made sure I was happy with the placement before piercing. Would definitely return and go to her again. (Sorry i didnt catch her name)
