I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. As usual, my builder gel and brow treatments were exceptional, I highly recommend Rachael’s talent. Amy gave me an absolutely gorgeous French BIAB manicure. Exactly what I wanted and had a lovely chat too. Super knowledgeable on nail health and shaped my nails to perfection. Highly recommend! :)

The facial I had with Zee was amazing. She made it super relaxing and was very accommodating, especially when my back started to ache. Sadly, I didn’t enjoy my pedicure as much. I have had a pedi with Zee before and she did an amazing job and the finish was great. Although Ella was super friendly and chatty, she put a lot of polish on my big toe nails which made the finish look thick. She had to do one nail three times, and I was really pleased that she was so persistent with getting it right but sadly, one of the toes has totally smudged already, hours after the treatment.
