Came with my daughter for the Group of 2 people 60 Mins GET Away (Basic Scalp Care + Facial Massage) for our birthdays. Oh my god, we're going to have to make this treatment a regular thing. We came out feeling super relaxed and refreshed. The massages of the hair, face, chest and shoulders included in this package were absolutely perfect. I think the only suggestion I would have is to have styling products available for curly hair. We should probably have brought our own though. Cannot wait to come back.

Suezie was fantastic. I felt like a king throughout my treatment. I did the 25min upper body massage and the 60 minute scalp treatment. Both portions were relaxing and my hair and scalp felt so freshed when I was done! Fellas, this type of treatment isn't only for women, take of your head! In the past two months I have gone to see Holly for a massage and facial. Both experiences were amazing and so relaxing. Today I went in for my very first facial. Holly is very knowledgable on skincare and she was helping answer my questions and making recommendations on which product to use. The products are sold in the spa but she does not push to buy. She even mentioned she will be using those products on my face today in case I wanted to purchase. She is very transparent and so skilled in her craft.

I had the most wonderful hot stone massage. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. the person at the front desk was warm and friendly. My massage therapist was excellent and clearly skilled. The room was clean, relaxing, and had a calming ambiance. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Overall this was a nice and relaxing experience! I did the Velvet Signature which includes upper back massage, scalp care and facial massage. While I LOVED it, I was looking forward to the "scalp analysis"before the service but that didn't happen. Being that this is the "top" service I thought that would be part of the experience. I think this would have helped to target some of my areas of concern on my scalp; maybe I need to do the scalp therapy alone next time? Overall I enjoyed my experience and I will definitely be going back in the future!

I took my sister here for her birthday due to last minute changes to her plans and we were so lucky velvet head spa was able to get us in and pamper us! We did the 60 minute Getaway which was a nice head cleansing, massage and facial. The neck and shoulder massage was a nice perk on top of a blow dry at the end. My wife and I received amazing massages from Jojo and June. They were fantastic, and gave deep massages but the whole time were thoughtful about pressure and checking in with us. We got a combo Thai massage and loved the Thai massage stretches and when they step on you it’s lovely pressure. Thank you! We will be back
