It was such a lovely and pleasant experience! We got the Basic Scalp Care and Facial Massage package! They did a scalp exam with the camera before and after so we could see the difference. The products they used were organic and felt great on. They also did a gentle face and neck and head massage as well. Would highly recommend!

We had a party of 5. We’ve seen videos of places like this establishment, nothing could prepare us for our visit. We all agreed that this wonderful establishment exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the consultation, our questions being answered, and throughout our massages were unimaginable. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. We will definitely be back!

I had a great first time experience. I had the 25 mins shoulder, neck, and back massage and head shampooed.The treatment was very refreshing but felt cold at times. Wish the room would be more heated. The stuff were very friendly.They even blowed dry my hair with Dyson. My hair felt lighter and cleaner too. I did sure go back to them!

This was my first time getting a head and hair massage, and I enjoyed the cozy and relaxing treatment! (So much that I almost fell asleep.) Sam was a great masseur who provided quality care and knowledge in making sure my scalp was thoroughly cleansed. I would highly recommend this service!

We were asked to arrive earlier than our original appt (230pm instead of 3pm), which we had, but we sat around for a while before they were ready for us. My aesthetician was Jennifer, she was great. I felt she did a very thorough job with both the hair therapy and facial massage. My sister worked with a Courtney (?). She felt it was a bit rushed, but otherwise had a good experience. We realized after we left that neither of us had a post therapy hair analysis, which was mentioned in the beginning as something that would have been done. Overall, it was still a good experience.

Same day booking with my 88 yo mother. Staff very courteous and accommodating. Scalp massage and facial were fabulous - so relaxing. Both masseuse were very professional; didn’t chatter, but, very focused on our treatments. They know what they’re doing. Place is very clean with lots of privacy. BOOK it !

This appointment was for my wife Angelica. She loved her nurse’s gift(for Nurses Week) of going to the Velvet Head Spa. She enjoyed the scalp and facial massage very much. Great customer service. Highly Recommended especially for a gift for your love one.

Mimi was nice and the experience was pretty good. I would have liked more warmth / heat / warm water in the shampoo portion of the massage. The mint shampoo used makes your head VERY cold and I was shivering. ( I would NOT use mint shampoo in that at all) Also the 'scrubbing" should be more gentle. Always ask your clients when they leave "how was your experience" its the only way you will improve your business in the future. Good luck! - Keep the client warmer and less scrubbing and more gentle massage- or ask the client if they want scrubbing or gentle massage.

This was our first experience visiting this gem of a spa + it exceeded our expectations! My daughters had the deep cleanse and basic scalp/facial combo and i enjoyed the signature which was 90 minutes of pure bliss (back massage, facial + basic scalp).
