It was such a lovely and pleasant experience! We got the Basic Scalp Care and Facial Massage package! They did a scalp exam with the camera before and after so we could see the difference. The products they used were organic and felt great on. They also did a gentle face and neck and head massage as well. Would highly recommend!

We had a party of 5. We’ve seen videos of places like this establishment, nothing could prepare us for our visit. We all agreed that this wonderful establishment exceeded all of our expectations. I had a great first time experience. I had the 25 mins shoulder, neck, and back massage and head shampooed.The treatment was very refreshing but felt cold at times. Wish the room would be more heated. The stuff were very friendly.They even blowed dry my hair with Dyson. My hair felt lighter and cleaner too. I did sure go back to them!

This was my first time getting a head and hair massage, and I enjoyed the cozy and relaxing treatment! (So much that I almost fell asleep.) Sam was a great masseur who provided quality care and knowledge in making sure my scalp was thoroughly cleansed. I would highly recommend this service!

We were asked to arrive earlier than our original appt (230pm instead of 3pm), which we had, but we sat around for a while before they were ready for us. My aesthetician was Jennifer, she was great. I felt she did a very thorough job with both the hair therapy and facial massage. My sister worked with a Courtney (?). She felt it was a bit rushed, but otherwise had a good experience. We realized after we left that neither of us had a post therapy hair analysis, which was mentioned in the beginning as something that would have been done. Overall, it was still a good experience.
