This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

What a fantastic and relaxing experience with Veejay. He was prompt and had excellent communication. He took the time to discuss the treatments available and to understand my preferences. The massage itself was wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. It never felt rushed or that the was clock-watching. Overall one of the best massages I have had in Cape Town. Milli has such a healing energy about her. There is a reason why her massage treatments have names like Sacred Stillness! I have been extremely tense for the past two weeks and had a massage where I could feel the stress leaving my body throughout the massage. I am feeling so relaxed and renewed. I cannot recommend Milli enough. She is a rare gem.

I recently visited Roxanne for a relaxation massage, and it was absolute bliss. The room was warm, peaceful and inviting. As a bigger lady, I often struggle with small massage tables, but Roxanne's wide massage bed with an electric blanket immediately put me at ease. She is welcoming, friendly and professional, taking time to explain everything and ensure I was comfortable. She truly has healing hands. Never have I ever had a sports massage like the one I had with Sharnise. She gets into the right trigger points immediately. There is no messing around with her. She knows her stuff and I loved it so much. I pulled my quad and she loosened it up so much and loosened up both legs. I have never had a sports massage like this before. Sharnice is brilliant. Don't be deceived by her size at all. trust me, you will absolutely be very pleasantly surprised. I will definatley be back for all my sports massages. Thank you Sharnice

I had such a relaxing experience at Pretty Pamper. I did the Acne Cap Facial together with the 30-minute back, neck & shoulder massage and back scrub, and it was honestly amazing. The facial left my skin feeling refreshed, clean, and glowing, while the massage was incredibly relaxing and helped release so much tension. The back scrub was also such a nice extra touch , my skin felt super smooth afterwards. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the treatment made me feel completely pampered from start to finish. This was my second visit to The Skin Spot, and once again, Lisa was amazing! I've had many massages over the years, both good and bad, but this one was truly memorable. I booked the Full Body Restore massage, and it was incredibly gentle, calming, and relaxing. I loved the flow of the treatment, and my favorite part was the extra care she gave to my abdomen and waist—I didn't realize how much those areas needed attention. Every woman carrying stress and tension deserves to experience this. Highly recommended!
