I highly recommend Rosalind, she’s incredibly friendly and honestly a miracle worker. I loved the little debrief she gave me after the appointment on where she had found tension or knots. Clare is fabulous. Makes you feel at ease from the very moment you walk in. The room is fabulous, very clean and relaxing. And the massage was amazing. Rosalind made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her skills are exceptional. I booked a pregnancy massage and a luxury facial, both of which were amazing, relaxing, and heavenly. The experience was akin to a luxury spa, without the need for a long drive, and the pricing was very affordable considering the duration of the treatments and the expertise of the therapist.

I've been to Charlotte a couple of times now and I'm really happy with my treatments. Both times my sports massage has been relaxing and very thorough. Being someone who has had regular sports massages in the past with a few different practitioners I can say I'm more than happy to recommend to others.
