One of many amazing massages with Rhianna but my first in the lovely new pod. The pod was cosy, warm, relaxing & so tranquil. What a lovely experience Rhianna was so friendly and welcoming from the get go- such a beautiful relaxing atmosphere and just felt so comfortable. I had the non surgical facial and wow it did not disappoint. Had a lovely scalp massage whilst my mask was on. Came away feeling so relaxed and fresh. Had my second neck, back and shoulder massage with Kelly today. It was amazing! Kelly does a fantastic job and works all the knots out whilst still making it a relaxing massage. Came out feeling so much looser and feeling chilled out. Kelly's just fab, already can't wait for my next one!

Clare is fabulous. Makes you feel at ease from the very moment you walk in. The room is fabulous, very clean and relaxing. And the massage was amazing. I've been to Charlotte a couple of times now and I'm really happy with my treatments. Both times my sports massage has been relaxing and very thorough.
