Spent the day with the girls at Erika's getting my lashes, nails and hair done. Can't recommend Aiko enough, so kind and gentle, never fails to disappoint with a new set of Hybrids. I got BIAB nails for the first time ever, Anna set the expectations, talking me through the process to help me understand what will happen throughout my new BIAB journey with her. Finally Zoe, toner and olaplex treatment, when I'm in Zoe's chair I'm immediately relaxed. From being incredibly anxious to now having Zoe has my go to stylist in Derby. In love with my glow up. It was so relaxing and the best thing is that Ella spends so much time talking to you about how you should take care of yourself once you step out of the salon, she wants you to keep putting effort and shows you easy ways on how to maintain that relaxed, refreshing feeling until the next appointment.

Great massage for my back and shoulders. The therapist used techniques that released tension by applying pressure to acupressure points, and the results were immediate. My shoulders and neck felt much more relaxed and noticeably less tense afterwards. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making the whole experience comfortable and professional. I will definitely be booking again and would highly recommend!

I had the Ella Method facial yesterday and it did not disappoint! Ella’s facial massage skills were amazing, it genuinely felt like having a mini face lift yet the whole treatment was simultaneously so relaxing. My face was noticeably less puffy afterwards and my jawline looks much more defined and sculpted. Even today I can still see the effects! I know Ella puts great care and thought into selecting her products and you can tell- my skin is glowing and so soft today. I’m getting married next year and I’ll definitely be adding these treatments into my beauty prep leading up to the wedding!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The space is beautiful, calm, and instantly relaxing. Zaria was so warm, welcoming, and reassuring throughout. She took time to check what felt comfortable for me and made the whole experience feel very personalised and caring. I’ve had several treatments with Sam, including a facial, Japanese head spa, massage and body contouring, and every one has been amazing. I absolutely recommend Michelle 100%. I had the stones/bamboo and Indian head massage. I have never had a massage like this. Totally relaxing and at a pressure I was comfortable with as Michelle asked before my massage what I would like. I will definitely book to go again. Just off for a nap 😴
