I've been going to Sarah for massages for a while now, but this time I tried face reflexology and Reiki. I wasn't really sure what it was initially, but honestly it was so relaxing. The best way I can describe it is my body was still there but my mind had gone somewhere else. Such a strange feeling, but in the best way. My 12 year old son tried the reflexology too and he loved it. He's already asking when he can come back and try something else. Always come away feeling better after seeing Sarah. If you've been thinking about trying something different, I'd definitely recommend it.

I had the most amazing time at Glow Haven! Jo was so friendly and welcomed us when we arrived. We had access to the jacuzzi, sauna, ice bucket, relaxation areas and hammock. The surroundings were tranquil and the wind chime was a relaxing touch. We loved the Koi pond - plus Jo's tortoise in the background. Two hours went so quickly! The shower and relaxation room were nicely decorated and very, very clean. We will definitely be returning for one of Jo's spa packages - I'm eager to try one of her massages and taste some of her delicious food! Highly recommend!

The facial and back massage was very nice but a few things that could have made it better: a smile or two from the therapist, asking if there were any areas of particular attention for the back massage & a much firmer head massage. It was annoying there were no head bands available to keep the hair from my face. I hope this is helpful and constructive feedback.

I highly recommend Sarah. I see her every 3 weeks and have done for more than 6 years. Sarah is warm, welcoming and makes you feel very at ease. She intuitively knows areas of concern and treats you with care when needed and a firm force as required. Sarah’s massage enables me to continue my crazy workout schedule knot and pain free.

A wonderful session with use of the sauna and hot tub - a relaxing way to spend a morning. Great sharing platter for lunch - we went for the cheese and meat board, really yummy! I had such a lovely experience! I was on the tail end of a migraine attack and Liz was attentive and intuitive in tailoring my massage to support what I needed at that time. On top of feeling incredibly relaxed I felt so much improvement of my shoulder tension and migraine symptoms. Liz created a calm and relaxing environment and it was an extra bonus of her coming to my home, which meant I didn't have to break out of the relaxing bubble to travel home! Thank you!
