Karita is a brilliant therapist. She uses exactly the correct pressure when massaging and makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed. The Indian head massage with jade combs was so relaxing. The products smell divine and the therapy room is nice and warm.

I've been going to Sarah for massages for a while now, but this time I tried face reflexology and Reiki. I wasn't really sure what it was initially, but honestly it was so relaxing. The best way I can describe it is my body was still there but my mind had gone somewhere else. Such a strange feeling, but in the best way. My 12 year old son tried the reflexology too and he loved it. He's already asking when he can come back and try something else. Always come away feeling better after seeing Sarah. If you've been thinking about trying something different, I'd definitely recommend it.

I had the most amazing time at Glow Haven! Jo was so friendly and welcomed us when we arrived. We had access to the jacuzzi, sauna, ice bucket, relaxation areas and hammock. The surroundings were tranquil and the wind chime was a relaxing touch. We loved the Koi pond - plus Jo's tortoise in the background. Two hours went so quickly! The shower and relaxation room were nicely decorated and very, very clean. We will definitely be returning for one of Jo's spa packages - I'm eager to try one of her massages and taste some of her delicious food! Highly recommend!

Mei came to my house and set up a professional space. This was the best facial and massage I’ve ever had. She’s amazing, firm pressure, great equipment, a fancy towel that clips around your chest for dignity and a calm and sweet manor. I felt so relaxed afterwards and my skin looked unreal. Mei used to work in Eastwell manor and it shows, her technique is fantastic and she is so thorough. She worked out all of my knots and used gentle feathery touch for the tingle factor as well as strong firm pressure. Best money I have ever spent!!! Get booked in before the rest of Canterbury cotton on!!!!

What a wonderful addition to the area. Jo has created the most relaxing oasis hidden away just outside of Canterbury. Being able to have the facilities for your own exclusive use is such a luxury and really added to the overall experience. I came for two hours just to use the facilities but will definitely be coming back to try out the various packages soon. I’d highly recommend this to anyone.

Glow Haven is an absolutely GEM. Beautifully designed, tastefully executed, a serene and peaceful location with all the amenities. The exclusivity is a lovely touch and makes you feel completely relaxed. The back, neck and shoulder massage was lovely, the hot tub was a perfect temperature and the sauna was gorgeous. I had such a lovely experience! I was on the tail end of a migraine attack and Liz was attentive and intuitive in tailoring my massage to support what I needed at that time. On top of feeling incredibly relaxed I felt so much improvement of my shoulder tension and migraine symptoms. Liz created a calm and relaxing environment and it was an extra bonus of her coming to my home, which meant I didn't have to break out of the relaxing bubble to travel home! Thank you!
