I had an amazing massage experience with Jan! Her technique was excellent — she knew exactly where the tension points were and worked on every spot perfectly. I felt so relaxed and refreshed afterward. The muscle stretching and pressure were just right, helping relieve all my stiffness and stress. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had. My experience at Hale Spa was AMAZING. I have never fully switched off in a massage / facial but thanks to Marieth’s gentle and soothing hands, I nodded off. Marieth created a comfortable environment, listened to my skin concerns and I left the treatment feeling relaxed and renewed. First time here, it was gift for my birthday From my dear friend. I suffer lower back pain and go to the osteopath monthly for treatment. I loved my massage and hot stone experience from Naree. She was very attentive, friendly and has great communication ensuring I got what I really wanted and needed. I left feeling very well looked after, warm and relaxed. I will tell my friend who gave me the gift it was well worth her money. I will tell others about it too and most definitely will be back again.

Jennifer delivered the most incredible experience with a foot massage, hand and arm and delux scalp package. The walls were thin so there was noise coming through of the door opening closing, boxes being opened and paper being scrunched up loudly, but as soon as I requested some headphones, she jumped into action quickly and provided me with those to block out outside noise which could have ruined the experience if they didnt have the headphones!

I recently had a manicure and my eyebrows waxed by Giulia, and it was a great experience. I’ve only ever had one manicure before, but after this appointment I’ll definitely be making it a regular thing. Giulia did an excellent job on my eyebrows, and the massage afterwards was a nice touch. Giulia was friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. It’s great to see these new services being offered, and based on my experience I’d definitely recommend giving them a try. I’ll certainly be booking with Giulia again.

10/10 experience. I had the back revival ritual experience with Giulia. This was totally different to anything i have had with a massage therapist. She prepared by getting my back ready for the massage with a thorough treatment using exfoliation and mineral mask, and then she was one of the more impressive back massage therapists i have had - where she relieved a lot of tension and tightness in my traps, neck and lower back. After i had one of my best nights of sleep in the past few months.

The experience was good and I will go again. There was some dirt, bugs and other floaties from the trees in the tub water. While nothing major it did make me question the cleanliness of the tubs and attention to detail. It would have been nice to be provided with a robe and slippers (as advertised), just to make the experience feel more relaxing. The service was polite and friendly.
