Andy did an amazing skin peel for me. The difference was instant and something I had been cautious to undertake as I wanted a skilled professional to deliver the service and Andy was both of these. I have suffered with acne rosacea for many years, however after my skin peel my pours are less visible, my active acne has reduced and my rosacea has begun to calm down after two treatments! I’m delighted with the wonderful service and aftercare advice I have been provided with as well as a first class service.

Alex is the most lovely soul you’ll ever meet! First time meeting her for an extraction facial and she makes you feel so comfortable and at peace right away. Bryony is not only fabulous but is also so lovely and welcoming.. and I would 100 % highly recommend the Ultimate Rejuvenation Facial. This treatment is one of the best facials you can have and the results are so good. So happy with my experience at H Derma Beautu Aesthetics Norwich. It was my first time coming here. I had 3 areas of botox done and I was so impressed with Georgia. I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

An utterly brilliant skincare masterclass yesterday for my 16-year-old daughter. Róisín was incredibly kind, sensitive and informative, and my daughter left the appointment infinitely more confident. It was an invaluable experience and I’m very grateful. Thank you.

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

I had my first treatment with Meicha today and am already so happy with the results! Meicha is absolutely lovely, really puts you at ease and is also really knowledgeable and professional. Fantastic experience, I highly recommend Vicky’s facials. Mine involved microblading, microneedling and a soothing mask with cool globes to improve lymph drainage. Her facial massage technique is super-relaxing and adds to the whole pampering treatment. She’s also lovely to chat to too!

I’ve had several facial treatments at the salon, including chemical peels, Dermalogica regular facials—always with Hiral. She is friendly, professional, and makes me feel completely at ease. I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend her!

I had a Hydrafacial with Chris today and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve had. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very experienced — he really knows his stuff and explained everything in a way that felt reassuring and professional. Chris was also so friendly and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Just a really nice, calm presence, which makes such a difference during a treatment. I’ve been going to Bryony a few times now for one of the most amazing facials (Ultimate Rejuvenation Facial) that she offers. Bryony makes you feel at ease and relaxed and her knowledge of the skin and aesthetics is impeccable and what I like is that she really has your best interests at heart, with no pushing to have treatments. I personally would never consider going elsewhere as she prides herself on providing results that are so natural.

Would recommend Meicha to anyone! I had two areas of botox today and honestly didn’t feel a thing - although being so scared of needles! She made me feel so at ease and explained everything to me and was happy to answer any questions I had. Absolutely fabulous! Lovely therapist called Cam. She was very attentive and made time to talk me through my skin care afterwards. I had the 90 min Japanese Head Spa. What a delight. A lovely facial, steam treatment, massage, with hair wash and deep massage. Absolutely perfect. It's several hours later and I still feel relaxed!
