They made the beginning of an unfortunate experience so much better as a previous beautician(Buki) started to do my hair and she did about seven braids and it looked really messy and she was yelling and arguing with other employees and talking about my hair. I was very uncomfortable and nervous and told her she didn’t have to do it. She took out braids and stormed out of shop but thankfully Andrea and Ann saved the day N apologized for her behavior

Ruby was very good. It could have been better if the environment wasn't so loud. You can hear everything - people talking, chairs rolling across the floor, the laundry buzzer, the doors... Its a place to go relax. This was not that. Also, when I entered the building a burned coffee smell was so strong which was not inviting for a spa.
