Lily was amazing! This was my first ever lash lift and she has done such a beautiful job, my lashes look stunning! Lily herself was just so lovely and we had such great conversations. I can’t believe the value for money too - £48 for a lash lift and tint which can last 6-8 weeks?! In this day and age that is such a great price, knowing you don’t have to spend masses amounts of money to feel beautiful! 100% will definitely come again 😁❤️

As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! Sarah is honestly such a lovely beautician, kind, welcoming and brilliant at what she does. From the moment you walk in, the whole environment feels calm, friendly and relaxing. Another incredible treatment with Lucy, I have been having regular facials for the last few years and my skin is just getting better and better. I had a Korean lash lift done a week ago and I can honestly say it was a great investment. My lashes are still looking amazing and it’s saving me so much time in the mornings as I don’t need to wear any makeup. Steph was absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience. She made me feel completely at ease and was super professional. What really impressed me was that she managed to lift my lashes when no one else has ever been able to do that before. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend her ❤️
