I consider Alex the hair expert ever since I moved to Ottawa and whenever I'm in the city, I seek out appointments with her. Alex is a talent like no other and I always trust her advice. Extremely professional, yet warm and understanding. I had a makeup consultation followed by a facial. The makeup consultation was excellent - answered all the questions I had, I learned I was using some wrong colours, Sarah showed me some application techniques and recommended products. No pressure at all. The facial was exquisite, curated especially for me. Sarah's "facials" really include a full body treatment. Highly, recommend.
