This was our first time at Dilaani Spa, and we absolutely loved the experience! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the space was spotless and relaxing. This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. I appreciated the small talk, complimentary drinks and how sweet everyone was! 10/5 stars!

My experience with my massage at Beauty Gate after my tummy tuck and lipo was beyond my expectations!! Gina is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely gentle. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire session. The place is clean and cosy, which made the experience even better. The best head spa in Ottawa so far! Sophie used natural products that smell so good specifically for my hair type after examining my scalp on the screen. My scalp and hair feel amazing! scalp, neck & shoulders massages were amazing, technique is on pointe! The hot ginger tea was the cherry on top! Thank you for going above and beyond to make this experience all worth it.

I went to Gina for post-op lymphatic massages and was immediately impressed by how knowledgeable, skilled, and genuinely caring she is. I went to Dilaani spa on bank street today for my second treatment. The first one I did was a lymphatic drainage that I really liked. I had heard about the viral Japanese scalp massage and was thrilled to see that this place offered it. The price point is very good as well. It's 1 1/2 hours and let me tell you, you will feel like a queen. I have never felt so taken care of than I did when Sia did my scalp treatment today. I have been to many spas and had a lot of treatments and massages. This scalp massage was 1000/1000. I can't recommend it enough. Like literally the best experience EVER !!!
