Even though we had to wait a bit in the beginning and things seemed a bit disorganized I thought it was because we had a wikideal but wow when the full massage started it was amazing there was no rushing then facial then nails. Excellent service and expert therapists able to offer amazing advice for a range of issues eg laser, nail fillers

It was my first visit to the N1 branch and Bronwyn was fantastic. Love my nails. All the staff members were very friendly. The new salon is beautiful and spacious but it is extremely cold. I was shivering by the time I left. I feel sorry for the nail technicians having to work in such a cold place. Wall heaters or some sort of heating will make it a lot more comfortable for everyone.

I experienced a bit of misunderstanding with my booking appointment and the lady assisting me was so cocky and sarcastic. I really thank the other lady who intervened and gave an hour later appointment. My nail technician was amazing, wishing her all the best with her pregnancy. I had such a great experience! My nail tech was amazing and very patient with me, especially since I’m particular about my French tips. She really took the time to make sure I was happy with the result. The only thing I’d suggest is giving nail techs a bit more time between appointments — French tips can take longer since everyone likes them differently, and I could see she felt a little rushed because another client was waiting.
