I have to say this was a great experience, when I walked in I was given a piece of cake and a rose, I only got a pedicure with polish, but the girl who did my service was very sweet and gentle when placing my feet down after the moisturizer, I don’t go to the salon very often but this makes me want to go every week

Ayla is a lovely human and very open and friendly. My pedicure looks lovely and I’ve received many compliments. However, my hand massage ended up being only 7 minutes and needed to be more intentional. The Nail Hotel has a lot of potential in their business model, but it needs to be clearly advertised that drinks and specialty coffees are only available when their 1 staff member with smart serve is working. This business was specifically chosen for today for the “experience”. Owners should also reflect on their seating as they are not designed for relaxation…for either pedicures or massages.

Jeevan was incredible! I had a brutal application of acrylic nails from another place, and she slowly and meticulously removed them for me without damaging my nails any further. She made sure that she took her time so that my nails could get as healthy as possible. She did a fantastic job on the application after removing the acrylic nails. My cuticles also look flawless. I will definitely be back. She will be my new nail girl!

I had a great smooth experience with Catherine as a first time customer at her salon. From the moment I stepped in the vibe was so cute, cozy and gorgeous. She even has a little charging station and coffee setup while waiting. My lashes looked amazing and I had no irritation, she's super nice and I can tell she puts so much craft into her work and doesn't miss any details and makes sure you're feeling comfortable the whole time.
