Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

I really recommend this nail bar! The aesthetic, atmosphere, pace of appointments, and the friendliness of the staff were impeccable! I had a BIAB mani and a gel pedi with Lily, who was fantastic & really welcoming. The nail technicians here are all really highly skilled and meticulous to ensure a great set of nails! Lily was so helpful, as it was my first time getting BIAB, and explained the whole process to me so I was aware of what to expect! I will be back here in the future as it’s the best experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had! Thank you Lily & the Glow Up Team! ✨

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I’m enjoying the structured gel and gel polish finish. The former protects my natural nails well and I love the selection of colours available in the polishes.

Ness as always outstanding, been waxed by her for over 14 years, infact I only see Ness for this when I visit family in Plymouth every 6 to 8 weeks from Portsmouth.
