Talla was amazing. She had a look at a little problem area of my skin and was sure to be extra gentle. She was welcoming and chatty and then calming and efficient during the facial. A lovely arm and shoulder massage while my mask was doing its work was the icing on the cake. And just 4 weeks in to getting set up and running. Recommend her 100%

The little unique touches made my experience just lovely. Expecting me and greeting me straight away by my name, reading my consultation notes in advance and being fully present when discussing them. The guided meditation and the clean, gorgeous products. I was glowing after my facial and walked about the town centre with no make up afterwards. Loved every second of the Pallas signature facial. Lovely relaxing room and sounds. All the products felt and smelt amazing. Great face, shoulder, neck and scalp massage too. Whole experience was bliss from start to finish.

Although I have done Reiki before, this was my first time visiting this practitioner, and she exceeded all expectations. She was incredibly attentive and took the time to explain everything clearly right from the start. When I mentioned feeling discomfort in my right elbow and neck, she listened carefully and skillfully guided the healing energy directly to those areas.
